In 2019, ASICS wanted to bring branded experiences to three major music festivals across the United States.The freestanding experiences at Lollapalooza and Governor’s Ball included a social vending machine, Photo Booth, claw machine, sneaker cleaning, and a custom artist designing shoes onsite for artists. At Bonnaroo, ASICS activated a wellness dome in the campgrounds, which had daily programming of yoga, meditation and strength classes for the campers to participate in the morning. ASICS also was a sponsor of the annual ROO Run.

Project Touch Points include: 

  • Liaison with festivals for advancing orders for heavy equipment, HVAC, Security etc.

  • Sourced of vendors, staffing, etc. 

  • Oversaw build, onsite management, staff and equipment of space

  • Managed union crews and vendors for build of space
