In 2019, ASICS wanted to bring branded experiences to three major music festivals across the United States.The freestanding experiences at Lollapalooza and Governor’s Ball included a social vending machine, Photo Booth, claw machine, sneaker cleaning, and a custom artist designing shoes onsite for artists. At Bonnaroo, ASICS activated a wellness dome in the campgrounds, which had daily programming of yoga, meditation and strength classes for the campers to participate in the morning. ASICS also was a sponsor of the annual ROO Run.
Project Touch Points include:
Liaison with festivals for advancing orders for heavy equipment, HVAC, Security etc.
Sourced of vendors, staffing, etc.
Oversaw build, onsite management, staff and equipment of space
Managed union crews and vendors for build of space
